Use of promo codes

If you have received a promo code you can use it at the end of the order, by submitting the code in the field "promo code" and clicking the "Apply" button.

You can use a code for every order you make. You can’t accumulate different promo codes.

Change the size of the metallic watch band

Here's how to change it.

  1. When picking up the metal watch band by lifting the flap and security plate.
  2. Use your tool to remove the watch band and place it in the slot of the adjustable cap (see image).
  3. To open the adjustable lid, slightly press your tool to pry.
  4. Now you can move the adjustable cap on the watch band in both directions. Move it until you find the perfect size.
  5. To attach the cap, simply press on the flap.

I want to return my order. What should I do?

It's a pity you did not enjoy our Vintkova watch. If you want to return it, you should do it to the following address:

You must include the details of the order (delivery note, invoice or confirmation of the printed order) in the package, so we can know who made the order and see if it corresponds to the person who returns it.

The packaging must be complete: cardboard box, bamboo box, warranty and watch. All in perfect condition. If we receive everything in perfect condition, we’ll refund your order within 15 days.

THE MESH WATCH BAND (STAINLESS STEEL BELT), IS SLIGHTLY CROOKED.

The small turn is not visible while you wear the watch, the problem is due to the fact that the ends of the strap do not automatically fall into place. The small turn in the watch band is due to the arrival of the bracelet, you could only unroll the ribbon by turning the other way. However, this is only a visual problem as long as the watch is not worn.
